NEW ZEALAND SHIPPING

TRACKED COURIER SHIPPING IS FREE WITHIN NEW ZEALAND. Please allow approximately 1-5 days for unframed prints & approximately 3-10 days for framed prints. Please note that shipping times may vary during busy retail times such as Christmas. We send our items using signature required couriers.

AUSTRALIA SHIPPING

TRACKED COURIER SHIPPING TO AUSTRALIA IS $35. Please allow approximately 10-20 days. Please note we are unable to send framed images outside of New Zealand.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING IS A FLAT RATE $65. Please note we are unable to send framed images outside of New Zealand.

ADDING A CUSTOM DEFINITION

You can add a custom definition to your Definition Art by:

1. Select  the custom option button when choosing a size e.g. A4 CUSTOM 
2. Select 'Add to Cart' when you are happy with the colour, framing, size.
3. Type your own customized definition in the 'Special instructions for seller' field in your 'CART'.
4. Proceed to the checkout when you have added your definition!

EASY RETURN PROCESS

If you have changed your mind we are happy to refund or exchange if required. Please let us know if you have any concerns with your purchase within 30 days and we can refund or offer you store credit. Refunds will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment (exclusive of any shipping costs). Please note: The item must be in the same condition that you received it. Please email us and we will advise the return delivery address. When sending your item back we recommend that you use a tracked courier service to ensure it arrives safely back to us.
